You will need:- 3 pork chops
- 11oz of sprouts
- 370g of cheddar
- 150g sweet pastry
- Pre-heat oven to 150°C
- Zest the pork chops
- Put the sprouts in the saucepan
- Slice the cheddar
- Grease the pie dish
- Cut the pork chops
- Weigh the sprouts
- Weigh the cheddar
- Measure out the sprouts
- Crush the pork chops
- Line the dish with the pastry
- Add the filling
- Bake for 54 minutes
